We are the largest developer in the wine region. Mikulov has been our home for over 40 years – we love it. We have been in the construction industry for over 30 years and have been working as a developer here for over a decade.
We were the first in Mikulov to build an underground parking lot so that we could use the above-ground space more meaningfully. Our buildings use the cutting-edge VELOX system, which accumulates heat, increases living comfort and saves on heating and cooling costs.
We care about the quality of life – we use soundproof windows and VELOX facade cladding, which dampen noise and at the same time increase the aesthetics of buildings. Where others demolish without thinking, we transform and beautify. We make Mikulov more beautiful – at first glance and at second glance.
We work almost exclusively with local craftsmen and companies. We respect them and are proud of it. We do not accept any state or European subsidies, contributions or incentives - we stand behind our work ourselves. Don't look for gray unification with us.
We already know what we left out, we will add a flagpole with the Czech flag for each of our buildings, but you can already find one in front of our company headquarters in Mikulov.
