X28 - high standard and precise finish

Do you want to live at a high level? Do you want to own a luxury apartment? Do you want to rent a top-quality apartment? What is X28 and where is it located?

The name of the project originated as a pun on the street where the residence is located, i.e. on 28. října Street in Mikulov, between the Church of St. Nicholas and the roundabout at the Billa supermarket. October = 10th month = Roman X and 28 to that, hence X28.

What makes the design of the apartments different?

Clearly precise execution. We make sure that the construction is finally fair and in accordance with the visualization, which is not common. The standard for X28 is internal plaster, which adds a touch of exclusivity. Then there are, for example, large-format windows with triple glazing.

What makes the X28 design exceptional?

In that we remember both the privacy of future residents and the comfort of living itself. That is why on the ground floor you will find large private gardens with beautiful terraces near the apartments. There is nothing more beautiful than enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace with a view of the garden.

What about the other floors?

They will not be left out either. Either the apartments have beautiful private loggias and luxurious terraces, spacious enough for a small sitting area, for example. Or large-format windows that can be opened in such a way that the difference between interior and exterior is erased and a perfect symbiosis is created in the form of an indoor and outdoor feeling.

How is the X28 doing with ecology?

This issue has been much discussed, but we have thought about it thoroughly, and because we are not indifferent to ecology and concern for our planet, the apartments are built to a low-energy standard. What's more, we have introduced the much-touted recuperation into all apartment units.

Will I have place to park a car?

This was also kept in mind at X28. The residence includes a large grassed parking lot, so each apartment has one reserved parking space.

You don't have to worry about parking somewhere nearby.

Nature or city?

And why not both? From the X28, it's a short drive to anywhere. You can head towards the center of the historic town of Mikulov, or, for example, to the cycle path that runs right past the residence and continues towards meadows, fields, but most importantly, the ubiquitous vineyards and sun-drenched horizons.

Do you want freedom from unified gray?

The professional and creative approach to modern architecture set in the historical character of the city of Mikulov surpasses all common and established standards.

Where is Mikulov located?

Where is Mikulov located? Is it a village or a city? Do foxes say good night here? Mikulov is the pearl of South Moravia, or even the pearl of all of Moravia.

The beautiful corners of the historic center, the castle, the Goat Castle, the limestone bedrock, the flooded quarry, the nearby Pálava, the Ditrichstein tomb, these are just small fragments in the mosaic of this wonderful region. Above all, the Holy Hill with the white chapel of St. Sebastian, visible from far and wide, silently watches.

The cultural and sports facilities provided by Mikulov and its surroundings are already known all over the world. Galleries, wine shops, events such as the Pálava vintage, excellent gastronomy, the surroundings interwoven with a network of cycle paths or the nearby presence of the Pálava Hills together with the Mušov Lakes, encourage mysterious walks and reflection in one of the stylish wine cellars. Fall into the warm and passionate southern style of the local climate!

Not only wine and experiences from South Moravia keep people alive. Mikulov's strategic location ensures easy access to Prague, Brno, Ostrava, the international airport in Vienna, skiing in the Alps, Slovakia, Hungary, or the Adriatic Sea. In the vicinity you will also find the largest aquapark in the Czech Republic, Aqualand Moravia, or the already mentioned Pálava and Mušovská lakes. The surroundings offer swimming, windsurfing, water skiing, fishing, paddleboarding, pedal boats, a steamboat, bike trips. And much, much more.
