Speicher 1826
New housing in Mikulov
The SPEICHER 1826 project means a refined yet traditional style of living in the heart of Mikulov in Moravia, on the site of the original historical granary (SPEICHER) from 1826. In the 20th century, the entire area served as a building site. The Speicher 1826 residence is the result of high-quality cooperation between architects from the Desk architekti s.r.o. studio and the general contractor BAU SYSTEME s.r.o., all under the auspices of the developer, BYTY MIKULOV and KOBONA s.r.o.
The residence consists of three secure buildings with 59 unique apartments ranging in size from 35 m2 to 131 m2 in original design. All apartments on the ground floor always have their own large garden, other apartments have large terraces or loggias, or unique sliding windows. You will also be pleasantly surprised by the unique view of the surroundings, especially of the Holy Hill and the dominant Mikulov Castle.

Genius loci
Beauty of Mikulov & its environs
You would be hard-pressed to find a nicer place to live than Mikulov. Located on the historical border of Moravia and Austria, as well as on the last spurs of Pálava and surrounded by vineyards.
Mikulov's sights are dominated by the Baroque chateau and the seat of the Mikulov Regional Museum, where the most extensive domestic exhibition of winemaking and viticulture awaits you with a unique giant wine barrel. After viewing the exhibitions of Czech and foreign artists, it is worth visiting the Závodný Gallery.
The city is quietly watched over by the Holy Hill with the Chapel of St. Sebastian, which was consecrated here on the orders of Cardinal Dietrichstein as a thank you for the end of the plague epidemic. An early Baroque Stations of the Cross with Passion chapels lead to the Holy Hill.
Sports activities will be provided by extensive cycling paths, lots of running paths, children's playgrounds, a riding club and the nearby "Moravian Sea" in Pasohlávky.
Mikulov Wine Markets, Vintage Harvest, Mikulov City Festivals, Traditional Costume Festival, Pálava Goulash Festival and other popular events are a great opportunity to soak up the local atmosphere or meet your neighbors.
